Our facilities and equipment provide us with the capacity and flexibility to meet all of our clients’ injection moulding needs. Our projects cover a wide range of size, complexity, specification and volume.
We can advise on the selection of polymer material, the most cost-effective mould tooling specification and impression configuration. We can advise on all product design and manufacturing options to meet your project needs combined with value engineering initiatives.
We process FDA polymer grades including PET, polypropylenes and styrenic grades with all engineering grades processed including polycarbonates, acrylics, nylons, filled and unfilled. Our shot weights range from 3 grammes to 1.5 kilos.
Our self contained Clean Room allows us to produce products that require hygienic controlled manufacturing enabling us to service our clients in two of our key sectors, the Food & Drink and Medical industries.
Our focus upon product does not end at the manufacturing stage, we provide in-line and on-line assembly services and point of sale packing.
