Scope of Operations
Our purpose built facility based in West Yorkshire, UK houses our complete operations and we are very proud of our ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation.
Our aim is to become our client's manufacturing partner rather than merely their injection moulding contractor and our operational capabilities have been developed to deliver a turnkey project management solution.
Our capabiities cover the complete life-cycle of a project. From the initial design phase and value engineering, through our in-house tool making, to manufacturing and assembly on to packing and distribution. All of these phases are backed by our technical support which remains in place post delivery for our clients.

Our state of the art equipment and modern manufacturing layout help ensure that we deliver to our clients the benefits of contemporary manufacturing practices. Our tool room facilties enable us to produce, maintain and modify tooling in-house providing control over essential pre-manufacturing stages and modifcation lead times. |

Our self-contained Clean Room provides the environment for controlled hygiene manufacturing enabling us to meet the specific requirements of the Food & Drink and Medical sectors in which we specialise. With 22 moulding machines delivering clamp forces ranging from 50 tonnes to 380 tonnes and handling shot weights from 3 grammes to 1.5 kilos we have the capacity and the flexibility to turn your design into a three dimensional reality. |
