Full
certification to BS.5750 was
achieved in 1990 and subsequently upgraded to ISO.9002 in 1996.
We are currently working toward the new ISO.9001:2000 standard
which should be fully operational by the end of 2001
Inspection
and TestingFull
time quality control personnel monitor and check all production.
All operators are trained and responsible for ongoing inspection
and recording data.
New
Products
Having supplied the automotive industry for over 40 years we are
able to supply Control Plans, FMEAs (Failure, Mode, Effect
Analysis) and ongoing SPC (Statistical Process Control) to individual
customers requirements. In addition, ISIRs (Initial
Sample Inspection Report) are produced for first off samples on
every new project.
